U-PGx researcher Cathelijne van der Wouden wins PGRN Trainee Abstract award

During the Annual Meeting of the American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (ASCPT) in Washington D.C. on March 13th 2019, the Pharmacogenomics Research Network (PGRN) presented a Trainee Abstract Award to U-PGx’s Cathelijne van der Wouden. Within U-PGx Cathelijne is working as a PhD student and coordinating researcher for the PREPARE study. She was presented this award for her work regarding the IP3 study, a pilot study for the PREPARE study, where she reported on the real-world impact of implementing pharmacist-initiated pre-emptive pharmacogenetic testing with clinical decision support into primary care in the Netherlands.
